I have supported teachers at other local primary schools in implementing behaviour plans to manage the challenging behaviour of individual pupils.

I have prepared and delivered behaviour training to three NQT Cluster groups and received positive feedback for this.

I have hosted a Pastoral Hub to support local schools on effective behaviour management strategies, again receiving positive feedback

I have supported another local primary school in identifying actions to improve behaviour across the school, implemented my own behaviour reporting systems and Pastoral Support Plans for individual pupils

Personal ambition statement for SLE deployment: (150 words)

I strongly believe that the sharing of good practice will help to raise standards across our schools.  This will ultimately improve the outcomes and life chances for all of our children.

Having the opportunity to work with other professional as an SLE has also helped me to develop confidence in my own role and enables me to continuously improve my skills and reflect on my own practise.
