A busy Autumn term

It’s only days now until the Christmas holidays are upon us after what has been a very successful term. We’ve held Core Subject cluster meetings, new to year 2 and 6 English and Maths sessions, writing moderations, English and Maths training days, not to mention inducting our largest yet cohort of NQTs and our first raft of Initial Teacher Trainees!

Along-side which our School to School Support team of Specialist Leaders of Education has grown and deployments to support local schools are well under-way. It really has been a busy few months! The New Year will see us continuing to interview for Initial Teacher Training places for September 2017, the continuation of our Sports Partnership programme, subject cluster meetings, English and Maths CPD and further Twilight meetings for our registered NQTs.

Our very successful Head Teachers’ Network meeting of last term will be held again in February, providing local Heads with a great opportunity to network, share information and practice and build links with other schools. If you would like more information about this, or any of our other on-going or up-coming events, simply e-mail our team at
